Yes, completely. All 12 mandatory GST purchase fields are captured: invoice number, date, vendor name, vendor GSTIN, HSN/SAC code, taxable amount, CGST, SGST, IGST (interstate), place and state of supply, and total amount. Nothing is approximated or skipped.

In our testing phase we processed thousands of invoices including handwritten ones with a zero error rate. Our AI extracts all fields; a trained accountant then reviews 1 in every 10 entries. Any error found after delivery is corrected at no additional charge.

We accept PDF and JPG/JPEG files. Pack all bills into a single ZIP archive before sending. All text must be readable — sufficient resolution for scanned PDFs, clear photos for JPGs. Handwritten invoices are accepted if legible. Send via WhatsApp or email.

Zoho Books is our primary and default platform. We also support QuickBooks and other software that accepts bulk data import. Tally Prime is available on special price agreement — please mention it when ordering so we can confirm compatibility and format.

Standard delivery is 3 working days from receipt of your complete ZIP file. For urgent requests: next working day at +50% surcharge (up to 1,000 bills) or 2-day delivery at +25% surcharge (up to 2,000 bills). Please mention your deadline when ordering.

Your data is used exclusively for data entry and is never shared with any third party. We can sign an NDA for any order size. Files are deleted after you confirm receipt. All transfers are via secure channels — encrypted WhatsApp or agreed email protocols.

Our pricing starts at 100 bills (Rs. 2,790 incl. GST). We recommend a minimum of 300 bills — this is where the cost-per-bill advantage is most meaningful. For very small batches under 50 bills, a single in-house accountant can typically complete the work in one day.
